Cement Mixer:

1)      Discharging gate: SDMIX concrete mixer discharging gate is designed as arc shape, simple sealing structure, significant function.

2)      Bearing of mixing shaft: NSK bearing, the bearing and bearing seal is separate. If the bearing seal is damaged unexpectly, the bearing can not be affected.

3)      Mixing shaft: as standard design, SDMIX concrete mixer has hexagonal mixing shaft, with good torsion and bending resistance.

4)      Italy reducer: BONFIGLIOLI/BREVINI gear box, two heavy-duty imported are specially customized for mixers, with long service life and predominant efficiency of higher than 92%. All the shock brought by quick loading or full- load restarting will be easily and safely buffered and absorbed.

5)      Shaft seal: SDMIX shaft seal uses imported reliable axial seal, easy to discharge and replace, suitable for bad work condition.
